GAIN Wellness is run by a working, home-schooling, home executive😊. Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but it might take up to a week for your order to be sent on its way after payment reflects in our account. Thank you for understanding.
Placing An Order
Visit the Products page to browse through the products we offer. After you have chosen which ones you would like to purchase, email your order to ????????
To speed up the ordering process a bit, include in your order the following details:
- Name & surname
- The exact name of each product as shown on the Products page, as well as the quantity of each
- Whether you need delivery or will collect in Garsfontein
- If you opt for delivery, please include your address, including postal code
Once we receive your order, we'll check our stock and send you a quote together with our bank details for EFT. Once the amount reflects in our account we will prepare your package for posting or collection.
Please take note:
We strictly accept only EFT payments or cash on collection - NO cash deposits please. Should a cash deposit be done into our account, a bill will be sent to you for the cash deposit fees charged to GAIN Wellness by our bank, and your products will be kept aside until the cash deposit fee has been paid via EFT. If you request the amount paid for the products (and delivery if applicable) to be refunded instead, a R100 admin fee will be charged by GAIN Wellness.
Collection or Delivery
Collection can be done from Monday - Friday in Garsfontein, Pretoria East.
Collections are only done by appointment - please ensure that we have confirmed that your order is ready before you collect. Orders must be collected promptly at the arranged time - we will not be held liable in the event that there is nobody available to hand over the products if you arrive late - please contact us again to arrange a new collection time.
Delivery can be done at the buyer's cost via Pudo or Paxi.
Delivery costs are usually between R60 - R120 in most cases, the actual amount will be included in your quote.
Orders are dispatched for delivery once a week (usually somewhere between Mondays-Thursdays)
