If you have ordered a product and you mistakenly receive an
incorrect product due to the fault of GW, we will replace the product at our
cost, provided the product is unopened, undamaged, unused and returned to GW
within a reasonable time. If the product has been opened, damaged or used, you
forfeit your right to claim a refund or replacement at our cost. In the event that we are subsequently unable
to provide you with the correct product due to it being out of stock,
discontinued or for any other reason unable to provide it to you, and you have
not decided to keep the incorrectly-supplied product instead, then we will
refund to you the amount you paid for the product as well as any delivery fees
if applicable (not including your fuel costs in collecting the products
directly from GW), but only once the incorrectly delivered product has been
returned to us (in which case we will be liable for delivery fees). GW will not be liable for any inconveniences
or damages caused as a result of supplying an incorrect product, other than for
the price your paid for the product, plus delivery if applicable. If you notice
that you have mistakenly ordered the incorrect product and such product was
delivered to you, you are liable for any costs in returning the product to us in

said product, should you want a refund.
